Return Policy
All non-prescription orders (glasses frames and sunglasses) purchased at Shores Optical can be returned within 3 days after receipt in the mail.
All returns are to be authorized by our staff. Please e-mail us if you would like to return the product. Returns instructions must be followed and goods returned within specified date (3 days after return request). Packages sent after this date will not be accepted.
Prescription glasses orders can't be returned because they are custom made for each customer.
Once product is returned undamaged in original condition, we will reimburse you for the product minus shipping fees.
